Lemonade nastyness

If Beyonce can do it I can!!!!

So there is a fad diet out at the moment called the Master Cleanse aka the "lemonade diet".

Your daily ration of food is as follows:
2 liters of water
5 Lemons/limes
1/4 cup of organic grade B syrup
Cayenne Pepper to taste (about a teaspoon)
- Mix and drink throughout the day. Nothing else but water and vitamins.
- continue this for at leased 10 days and no more than 40.

Now, before i get a ton of comments telling me how unhealthy this is, let me just say that I've already done it. I went for the 12 days before Thanksgiving, and lost 13 lbs. It was freakin' awesome. Of course I gained all that 'probably water' weight back but I found a great way to get thin when your short on time! :) It was hard around day 3 and 4, I craved everything in sight, even things I didn't like. After that though it wasn't as bad as you would think. I am now attempting to do it again, but this time for the total 40 days. (with the exception of my birthday and possibly valentines day) Also I'm going to add fiber and diet coke to my everyday meal plan. (can you blame me?)


Here are some before and afters of Beyonce who did it for like 14 days and lost 17 Lbs.




So wish me luck and hopefully I stay on for the entire time :)
